Trioplus development is a nationally recognised enterprise and human capital development company with a
strong focus on developing people and communities.

BACKGROUND

TrioPlus Development was founded in 2012 as a merger between three strategically aligned business consulting companies, with a collective experience of thirty-five years in individual and business development, the business operates in seven provinces

The nature of services offered by the individual companies meant that the merger birthed an entity that could offer a comprehensive turnkey solution for Enterprise development that is high in quality, cost effective, and backed by years of experience to our clients.

These companies are Dia-Plus Managing Consultants CC (Accredited Training and Mentoring Company), Synegos Business Consultants CC (Human Resources and Mentoring Consultancy) and Calandra Trading CC (Business and Financial Advisory Consultancy) all of which were founded on the principle of SMME development nationally.

1CASE STUDIES & EVALUATION

To assist clients in strategically understanding what potential programmes they could successfully support or run in their area of operations to support/ meet/ comply with Enterprise Development, Skills Development or Supply Chain Development legislation.

2PROGRAMME DEVELOPMENT

Assisting clients to identify and design programmes which are appropriate to their needs and which comply with national standards and legislation, while making an impact in host communities.

3SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

TrioPlus is an accredited training provider with the Services Seta and given its considerable background in the Further Education and Training Sector of South Africa, is able to not only offer accredited skills programmes aligned to Entrepreneurial Development, but is also able to identify and initiate other accredited and non-accredited skills development interventions as well.

4BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT HUBS/SUPPORT CENTRES

TrioPlus has the proven working knowledge and experience in the design and set up of Business Development Hubs or Support Centres geared towards not only meeting the needs of client and the communities within the geographic area of need, but further in terms of providing a legacy for socio-economic developments of the area and region.

5ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT VIA MENTORING AND SUPPORT

TrioPlus has a solid, grounded and highly successful working experience and knowledge of business mentoring and support, across sectors, across provinces, across income groups and across racial, gender, language, culture and creed profiles. TrioPlus has developed two Incubation Programs that allow entrepreneurs to developed from a Concept phase to Credible phase.

Entrepreneurial Incubation Programs,
One-on-one counselling, coaching and mentoring,
Group/community support, capacity building and development,
Business logistics support, including tax and legal compliance, financial support and back-up,
Market development and assistance.

6SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT

TrioPlus has approached Supplier Development with the same methodology of developing an Entrepreneur holistically to achieve a level of sustainability. Key to this journey is the completion of a Due Diligence process to assess the attributes, skill level and business acumen of any Supplier development candidate. Once development gaps have been identified, a development plan is drafted together with possible external training or synergies to ensure success of the business.

Part of this service offering is focused to develop and empower Entrepreneurs and their enterprises in becoming key to any Supply Chain and successfully delivery on requirements from End-Users.
